 The most unique characteristic of our mooncakes is that the mooncakes are all made by Switzerland puree from Felchlin, along with white chocolate within the puree. Felchlin is one of the oldest and largest privately-owned chocolate manufacturers in Switzerland. We offer four different flavour of mooncake made by fresh puree: chocolate, strawberry, coconut and pistachio.  The chocolate mooncake is fulfilled with mouthful of surprise. When the chocolate warms up in the mouth, it starts off slightly fruity and it gets huge in the mouth with rich robust flavour that really lingers.  Pretty in pink, that’s how you might describe this strawberry mooncake. Succulent strawberries enveloped in smooth, rich almond cake along with delicate taste of white chocolate smoothed to creamy perfection, it is unbelievable rich and absolutely unforgettable.  The frosty white mooncake is the coconut mooncake. It is soft and moist with the subtle flavour of coconut along with crunchy almond and white chocolate. This cake is packed with fillings which optimized for sophisticated palate.  Last but not the least- the unparalled pistachio mooncake.
