这一季THE PASTRY的面包明星正是昵称“意大利拖鞋面包”的黑橄榄面包Ciabatta。黑橄榄面包顾名思义，有著微酸的黑橄榄，还有丰富的橄榄油，让口感滑顺，冷冷的吃，开胃又消暑。好吃的Ciabatta气孔明显，轻沾如橄榄油等佐料，面包就会像海棉一样吸透酱汁，连料入口，更凸显面包的地中海香气。

THE PASTRY推出三款黑橄榄面包Ciabatta冷藏三明治－烟熏三文鱼Smoked Salmon、意大利火腿肠Salami、纯素蔬菜三明治。

烟熏三文鱼三明治将烟熏三文鱼搭配水瓜榴、鸡尾洋葱、生菜，淋上的法式芥茉酱更是画龙点睛，在黑橄榄面包中，鱼肉香甜可口。

意大利火腿肠Salami原本即美味，夹在火腿肠和面包中间的洋葱，事先经过醋腌制数日，中和洋葱的辛，醋酸渗入黑橄榄面包里，是很特殊的意式风味。

蔬菜三明治最让人惊艳。色彩缤纷的节瓜片、甜青椒、红椒在数日橄榄油和黑胡椒的腌泡后，进烤箱烘烤再入味，充分衬托出Ciabatta的黑橄榄本色。

THE PASTRY还有以全麦中长棍制成的金枪鱼三明治、以法棍制成的火腿牛油果三明治、以巴伐利亚黑麦面包制成的酸荣牛肉三明治、可颂制成的火腿奶酪三明治，以及德国碱水面包制成的火腿碱面包三明治等，个个面包都值得细细品尝。

客人若有个人偏爱的面包组合，也可以直接在店里选换自己喜爱的面包，由厨师现场特制。

The Pastry Italian Olive Chilled Sandwich 

Usually with sandwiches and hamburgers, the bread plays a less important role than the ingredients; however fans of sandwiches from The Pastry see the bread as the main focus.

This season’s most popular bread of choice is the Italian Olive Ciabatta. The Italian Olive Ciabatta lives up to its name with its rich flavor of olive oil and generous handful of olives. Served chilled, the Italian Olive Ciabatta leaves you with a refreshing feeling and a big appetite for more. The spongy inside of the ciabatta soaks up the olive oil and locks in the rich flavor with the other ingredients to invoke a taste of the Mediterranean.     

The Pastry proudly presents our three sandwiches: Smoked Salmon, Salami, and Vegetable—all made with the Italian Olive Ciabatta.

The Smoked Salmon Sandwich contains smoked salmon, vegetable I don’t know, diced onions, and fresh greens all combined with French mustard which really brings out the distinctive flavor of the smoked salmon.

Along with the already delicious salami, the combined flavor of the onion, previously marinated in vinegar, and salami gives an authentic Italian taste.

The Vegetable Sandwich surprises all with its simple ingredients yet bold tang from the assorted bell peppers and pickles, which were all marinated in black pepper and olive oil. Toasted with the Italian Olive Ciabatta, the savor of the pungent juices leaves you fulfilled without the necessity of meat.

The Pastry offers a variety of other sandwiches: the Tuna Sandwich using a whole wheat baguette, the Smoked Ham Sandwich using a baguette and slices of avocado, the Rurbern Sandwich using rye bread, the Ham and Cheese Croissant, and the Ham Laugen Sandwich. Whether your preference is for the ciabatta or the croissant, the bread can be mixed and matched with the ingredients to create the perfect sandwich for you.
